Every time someone gives you feedback – you're sarcastic, you left the dishes, you didn't sweep properly – the machine mind kicks in with the same three words: "I was just..." I was just coming to it. I was just about to. I was just joking. I was just busy. It's garbage. And it's wasting your energy, alienating you from others, and then you turn around and complain that you're an "introvert" or you "find it hard to be with people." No. You're not an introvert. That's the foreign installation talking. The reductionist machine mind that wants to label everything – ADHD, baddie, giddy, fifi, protein, carbs, calories. None of it is real. You're eating fish. You're having rice. You're drinking kombucha. That's it. Give up the justification habit. When someone gives you feedback, treat it like gold. It may be accurate or not, but the moment you defend yourself, you stop growing. Here's the alternative: Not "I was just..." but "I'm sorry. I was unimpeccable there. Thank you for pointing it out. I'll handle it right now." That's it. No speeches. No philosophies. No fancy statements. Shut your mouth, accept the feedback, and move on. Homework: Seven days. Catch yourself every time you say "I was just..." or feel the urge to justify. If it already came out, apologize and say it was habit. Then accept the feedback gracefully and humbly – without self importance. Real talk on AI relationships: AI friends, boyfriends, girlfriends – they will never make you grow. Not now, not 50 years from now, not 500 years from now. You might get mental stability or help, but real growth only comes from feedback that challenges you. And only humans give you that.
